How far in advance should I book?

Most weekends 12–18 months out for peak season (Oct–May). Off-peak and weekdays I can sometimes do 3–6 months. If your date is close, ask anyway — cancellations happen.

Do you travel outside South Florida?

Yes. Miami → Palm Beach is home base, but I regularly travel the Keys, Naples, Orlando and destination weddings (Bahamas, Caribbean). Travel fees apply outside Tri-County.

What's the deposit?

25% to secure the date, balance due 14 days before the event. All transparent — no surprise fees.

Do you bring backup gear?

Always. Two of everything — controllers, laptops, mixers, mics. Your event doesn't get interrupted because a cable went bad.
